Fit Foods LTD is one of the greenfield projects of the EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line. The intent of the company was to build broiler farm for meat production – a project included construction of 10 new broiler houses with modern features typical for the poultry industry.
Installation of the new equipment holding the relevant EU declaration of conformity will represent the main achievement with regard to the H&S aspect. The insulated panels used to build the broiler house have efficient thermal properties, thus ensuring a low energy consumption for heating. The installation of heating, cooling and ventilation system and temperature control in the buildings for broilers breeding will allow to achieve favorable climate conditions and improve the quality of broilers and increase production capacity, installation of the feeding, drinking and food transportation system in the houses will improve hygiene in the building, less decomposition of food, better dose of vitamin through the drinking water. The installed equipment will allow the Company to achieve the highest standards in product quality and safety.
The named investment was financed with a EU4Business-EBRD Credit line loan and the company received free-of-charge technical support from the team of international experts to optimize the investment. After the successful project verification LTD Fit Foods received 15% of the loan amount as a cashback grant, funded under the EU4Business initiative of the European Union.
